Please pay in cash (USD) if you want to register onsite. The onsite registration is only applicable for delegate (without publication and presentation) and those who submitted abstract (presentation only). Please do send an application email to the conference email box: ic-ocia@hotmail.com before the registration deadline.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made
before 15 December , 2025
will receive a 70% refund. - Cancellations made
before 10 January, 2026
will receive a 50% refund. - No refunds
will be provided for cancellations after 10 January, 2026.
Substitutions are allowed at any time with prior notice.
Registration Regulations
Student discount is only available if the first author of the paper is a student. And please provide valid student proof.
If the length of the full paper exceeds 6 pages in two columns, the cost of each extra page is 50 USD.
Each paid registration covers only one paper. Additional paper price is only applicable to the same first author who already has a regular registration.
Onsite registration is applicable to presenter only (abstract submission) and delegates.
Tips for Participants
The participants are required to enter and exit the conference areas wearing the name tag, and not to lend the name tag to others. Non-participants are not allowed to enter the conference areas without permission.
Please keep all your belongings (laptop, mobile phone, etc.) with you in the public. The conference organizer is not responsible for loss or damage of property.
Organizer Statement
The organizer reserves the right to change the conference date and venue due to force majeure events. Authors are obliged to observe and cooperate with the organizer's decision.
